Can't believe I'm starting up a blog . . . again . . . for the third time. It was in France in 2003 that I first attempted a blog through Blogger. I didn't really have a clue about what I wanted to do with it, so it just floundered.
And, then I tried to start one again after returning to the U.S. from Africa. With the help of a friend, he set me up with a blog through WordPress. It was kind of okay but I was in the first year of teaching university so it was way down my list of priorities, so it also floundered. Well, now I'm back on my own, using Weebly, trying to find a forum for my thoughts. So, here it goes, round four. Trying a blog again. I thought I should probably get back into the game since I require students in one of my courses to begin a blog. :) This time I'm adding elements to a broader website like my C.V., some course syllabi, contact info, and maybe later a few photo galleries. Maybe later when I figure out how to do it, I can begin to include some of my current research in culture, theology, and what it all means for where we are living.

Hello Prof, all the best with your new blog. It's my favorite hobby and way of processing what I read just about anywhere. Once you've gained some altitude, I'll be happy to add you to my blogroll. Have a God-blessed 2015!
