Megaregions are not a typical way of talking about north American geography. We typically use the designations of states/provinces, cities, and towns. 

This post offers an overview of the states, provinces and largest cities within the Great Lakes Megaregion. 

Beside each city is the 2014 population estimate and the number of Nazarene congregations with a physical address in these cities within the Great Lakes Megaregion.
